Last week – along with 250+ charities and organisations – I signed a joint statement on behalf of The Separated Child Foundation, rejecting the shameful Rwanda Bill.
We firmly believe that, regardless of background and individual circumstances, no one should live in a society where human rights and safety are threatened. The Rwanda Bill undermines the principle that human rights are universal – that they apply to all of us regardless of where we are from.
