Thank you to everyone who supported our work with separated children last year.
As a result of your generosity…
- 2,555 children were offered comfort and dignity with the gift of a bag of essential clothing and toiletries when they arrived in Dover
- 102 Club Class sessions were delivered, giving young people the chance to learn, socialise and build relationships in a safe space
- 1,818 sleep packs were created, offering children the tools they need to learn how to sleep peacefully again after their long journeys
- 131 partners worked with us to distribute packs across the UK from Glasgow to Gloucester, which also helped them build trust with the children in their care
- 533 individuals viewed our new video training resource, which was created for foster carers looking after children arriving in the UK without their families
- 100% of our Club Class attendees* said the sessions had helped them make friends, and 80% said the sessions had helped them improve their English
